I'll be interested to see if Memory of Felwinter stacks on top of perks that already grant an extra grenade or melee, a la gift of the sun, armamentarium, young ahamkara's spine, etc. I remember thinking Starfire Protocol would've been cool if it allowed an extra fusion on top of gift of the sun, but it didn't :( .
