Not annoying.. the more I see the attack used the better I'm getting at countering it. If I see them coming u can try to jump out of the way or shotgun them. I'm curious to see if anyone has had success with hand cannons against shoulder charge. I use Titan sometimes when I'm bored playing with Warlock. Shoulder charge doesnt always work if someone sees me coming. I've been killed by fusions.
