Well, I would be happy taking my 331-332 Guardians into the Iron banner, even if it meant I was fighting people at 350 light or whatever the new cap is. I've been pancaked in IB by people below 300, and put the hurt on 335's when I was still in the 320's. I've gotten all the non-quest exotics I want (and a bunch I don't care about). And I suck in Trials. But the Banner is one thing I'm really going to miss.
