Not good. Cooked dinner and it wasn't good enough. So my family wasn't happy. This isn't the first time they've made clear their disappointment with me, it happens all the time. This was just one of the worst ever. I've not felt well as a result. I wonder if I'm on the brink of an anxiety attack.
Seems to have triggered a nosebleed, at 4AM this morning.
