Have you tried out NeverWinter? It's supposed to be based off of D&D.

I've played it a while back, and found it pretty entertaining. Unfortunately, my friends didn't want anything to do with it 😔

Haha, in D&D he certainly does. In real life he's just a basic husky unfortunately, and a rather bratty one at that.

Its totally worth it if you've got the time and money (because it will eat away at both) I had to have the guy who runs my local game store explain how it works to me. My advice would be to find a local group that is currently playing it, and ask them to teach you. Its much easier when you have a hands on experience. And believe it or not, most basement dwelling nerds love to teach it to others. They're really nice people.

Depends on the edition. Currently I'm playing through 5e with a human battlemaster that dual wields short swords.
