This is going to sound really dumb, but have a friend shoot you. Non lethal areas are the ass, feet, and hands. Every where else has a higher chance of hitting the important stuff.

Most of the appeal that I see in it is that somebody would be trying their hardest to kill me, and I would live because I'm awesome and better than my attacker.
