I don't know now that you ask but it seems to effect my general movement. I'm a Sunsinger so to get that armor up you often scrafice agility. So I use my gear and obsessively align it with what I'm doing. I can tell a difference in everything but we don't run a lot. Our Burst jump is faster. But I see it in that, my slides, my turns, etc. I would say it effects everything but since some people don't take as much time as others to align things it may vary. I know at full agility I hop and move faster than anyone I have every played with. I used to go high agility and double grenades. I would hop around and stick people and run.
