Last week I made [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/208616405]a post[/url] calling out Bugnie's terms for their little contest they announced back on [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/News/Article/44934/7_HAPPY-BUNGIE-DAY]Bungie Day[/url]. In that post I highlighted the highs and the lows of their terms, with extra emphasis on the third agreement in their terms. [spoiler]If you would like to read up on the Rules to the contest it is linked in my previous post that I provided above[/spoiler] After much deliberation with myself and colleagues I've withdrawn my former stance on the subject, having brought far too much negativity to an issue that simply didn't warrant the type of attention I had brought to it. As much as I may disagree with 3.b, the point in their terms of submission, it is apparently common practice in the United States to transfer wholly the rights of a work that is intended for mass distribution and print, among other things. Although this may not change my stance on the exchange and waiving of rights I am more understanding of this practice within the relation of commissions of this type. So, with that said, I made a few submissions to the contest, the first being approved is [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Community/Detail?itemId=208917250]Love[/url]. Love is all I have for this game that I pour far too many hours into, and as much as this community may frustrate me I have nothing but admiration for the vast majority of those I've met through these forums and in the game of Destiny. It's with this love that I was able to draw from my experiences and make this work, for the community to wear all over their bodies. I wish the rest of the artists in this contest the best of luck.
