funnily enough, he's right. IF and ONLY IF You hit 3 shots with that god forsaken hand cannon, you will kill the enemy. Each and everytime. But only IF you can control the recoil and the 2 feet accuracy range.
Gonna have to go with you on this one. It would be meta but its can't be, and it is op but only just.
