Easy fix is to just report them to bungie and also to PSN, don't forget to include a screen shot of it so they can see it as well, and don't edit it so they can see the gamer tag.

If it had been something threatening or vulgar, I most definitely would have. But something this mild and misdirected I just opted to ignore after the initial confusion wore off.
