Just a Suggestion for Raid Matchmaking

This has probably been suggested before, but I haven't been around the forums in a good long while. I know the method of having the community figure out their own raid teams, is Bungie's preferred method. However, what if each player had a raid matchmaking identifier, where it would also think of the classes needed, but have a "Veteran Rank" of sorts, different for each raid. It could pin less experienced players together, while pinning more experienced players together, for each separate raid. Players should also be able to opt-out by forming their own parties, or deciding to go in with less than the recommended amount of players. When the Party does want to fill the empty slots, it should find Guardians of the needed class, but also use the Party's average veteran rank, to streamline a standard, used for finding players matching that veteran rank. Maybe there could also be an option for experienced players, for choosing to be grouped with less experienced players, as a fire team leader. Maybe offering a higher drop-rate for rare items, or something, simply for opting to spend more time in the raid, helping out newcomers.
