While that's probably accurate, Zhalo even without the arc burn is probably the best primary in the game for PVE. That chain damage, super boost and refunded ammo is hard to beat.

I don't know about the best (Bad Juju and the godroll Hung Jury spring to mind as candidates) but it's definitely versatile and paired with the void 1,000 yd everyone gets from the Taken war questline and Quillims Terminus you're pretty much good for anything.

Bad Juju's strong too for sure. Either way I'd say Zhalo is a great weapon without the Arc burn. Also, they should bring back elemental primaries.
