That's a one sided argument. Here's a good response people saying that statement. "Have you tried not being an a**hole?" Both parties are always at fault. Even then Cyberbullying can relay out to the real world. It isn't exactly simple of "Turn off the computer". Have you heard of the cases where people were cyberbullied then bullied in real life because of said thing? It's not as black and white as most ignorant people think.

If you turn off the computer it's not longer cyberbullying, problem partly solved. And if OP is serious, there's better ways to handle the other types of bullying than making a complaint thread to make him seem weaker
