Had a friend for years. We made it through hell and back we eventually ended up together... I loved her dearly, few years later I decided to go military. She just kinda broke it off because of that... 8 years building a bond and her not supporting my career choice (albeit a dangerous one) is what made her fray from me. Makes ya question if it would have ever worked otherwise. Well for know I'm alright alone, it seems kinda nice in the long run. Human companionship is overrated.
