IGN (I know, I know) posted a video with a Destiny dev last week, from their E3 visit.
The Iron Lord gear you saw on the lock will be obtainable via the quest line you follow to become an Iron Lord. There is one for every class.
As another in here said, the Hunter was wearing the new ToO gear style and the Titan was wearing the raid armor styled after SIVA.
