Performance based rewards.

Iron banner is many things. Horrible matchmaking, bad connections, I could go on and on. And then there's rewards. I don't even know how to describe the reward system. Every time I play a match of iron banner, and win, almost all of the time my team gets nothing. When we lose, however, I often see two legendary's being handed out to the players on the bottom of the team. For the past 5 games, give or take, I have been playing with my friend. 3 out of the 5 games he as gotten a 334 piece of gear, while being the second to last, or last player on the team. To make it even better He quit destiny when he got to 290, and then just came back because of the April update. When me and him played together, I was 320 ish. Because of the great rewards system, he has went from 290 light, to 330, in just about a month. Meanwhile I'm here going from 320 to 228 in a month. RNG. I know, its a great thing. It just seems like RNG is better for people who go 5 and 20, and worse for the people who go 20 and 5. Why should people who are getting a few kills a game even be getting legendary's in the first place? I know some people say : " Well, people who are not very good need some way to level up.", And I get that. The thing is, why are they getting those rewards in Iron Banner? Coming from Bungie : "
There is also endgame loot to be won by those of you who can excel in combat against the most dangerous combatant in the world of Destiny – each other!
". Last time I checked, excel mean : to be exceptionally good at something. I'm 99% sure getting 7 kills, and dying 18 times is not exceptionally good. Anyway I just needed to rant for a little bit. I know this has been a big problem in destiny for a while now, going all the way back to the classic : getting a G-Horn after a 0 kill game (Yes, I saw that happen). I will probably always play destiny, no matter how BS it can be at some times, but I though I might try to make the game better. Why not give it a shot, right? Thanks! - Me.
