Because who cares if its op? If you got it use it. If you dont, then go get it. You want balance in a gun fight? Not going to happen. Guns are different. If you get wasted by one learn to use yours better, or go get the same gun that wasted you. Stop being little bitches. Honestly I don't care. At this point there's not reason to use a Red Death when you can't get a Grasp with Life Support that kills MUCH more faster, simply buy a Hawksaw from the vendor, or get a Bad Juju which is a faster TtK with the same amount to kill as Red Death. Tbh I don't think anything will help you at this point I mean that KD is horrendous.
