It looks like a spartan, but it doesn't look like Master Chief. MC didn't wear a recon helmet. He wore Mark 5&6 helmets, which aside from his voice is kind of by far and away the most iconic thing about him. It would be like drawing mario and forgetting the mustache.
It's a Spartan, but not John 117.
