That's not it at all, they've been *"nerfing"*(not needing, dang autocorrect) and buffing almost every class. Including strikers. The recent nerf is to try and bring all classes to the same level, for better or for worse. To try and "balance" the game. They don't just buff everyone because they don't want you to run around one hit killing everyone with your pinky finger, whilst at the same time don't want you to have to try and hit each other till your fingers are broken to get a kill. Do they accomplish this? Yes and no. Does anyone like a nerf? Yes, but only if you aren't using the thing that got nerfed. Do I agree with their nerfs and buffs? Again Yes and no.
