Graviton Forfeit's exotic perk should allow another shadestep immediately after the 1st shadestep. But the cool down should be 6 seconds after the second one has initiated. To prevent manipulation, after the 1st shadestep a 3 second counter will start to signal to the player that they are allowed a second shade step during this time. That's how an exotic should work.
