I don't agree with most of it, but it's nice that you can't stick it to people anymore. Trip mines are an area denial grenade. Notice they share similarities to lightning and spike grenades. Those don't stick to people. Everything else though is just plain stupid. But they released a chart and explained their reasoning for nerfing the hunter as such is because bladedancer and gunslinger hunters were outperforming the other classes by a pretty significant margin.
