Easy to kill someone when you are tethered eh?
1. No Super.
2. No Grenade.
3. Lowered damage output.
4. Lowered damage resistance.
5. Slowed.
6. Screen flicked away from where you are aiming.
7 No double jump.
8. Could get killed by the arrow.
