I don't think it is OP. I'd rather say it is better than most classes.

Its just a titan slam.. The warlocks have landfall? Like damn warlocks can have a titan slam blink in Their super and zap ppl for 30 secs and thats balanced? Landfall is OP not FoH.

Talking about the entire class here. Landfall has a limited range though.

But still its a titan slam in a super. And you can zap ppl for 30 sec. It still does a fuc* ton of dmg.
