Was throwing knife one shot head shot broken? It was annoying yes, but not OP. You could hit anyone from any range. I like to think of the throwing knife as a miniature sniper, and shoulder charge as miniature shotgun. The knife, and sniper are supposed to be used at far ranges, a creative mind can use them as they weren't intended, yet no one would think they should be changed (if you die from one you know that person was simply in a better position than you. The shoulder charge requires a bill mechanic like the shotgun rewarding speed, and good strategy with a kill. A person who runs at a large group, or an aware opponent would face a grizzly death. However with stealth intelligence, and a little luck they would be rewarded with a kill (if you die from a shotgun or shoulder charge you know it's your fault because you weren't paying attention, or watching your radar).
Was getting stuck by a trip mine OP? No because so many other grenades did the same thing, but did it better. Skip grenade's tracking takes little to no aim, while lightning is glitched were if it hits an uneven brick, it would aim up or down. Plus lightning grenade makes your controller vibrate, it's loud, and flashy. While trip mine is silent.
