• Almost all do them do. There are some adults here and there but the majority are kids

  • Oh, you sad, lost soul. Go look at the rating of CoD, look at its playerbase, and get back to me about that "no kids in M games" theory.

He has a point. I'm pretty sure if Destiny was rated M, it would at least somewhat reduce the amount of kids (and crybabies) that play this game.

  • History of the Video Game industry, especially in the FPS market, would tend to disagree with you there. Not to mention with the all time high of people feeling they should be entitled to every little thing, there's very little that little letter on the box would change.

  • A difference is a difference, no matter how small. If there was a M rating on the game, there would be less kids playing it. That is a fact. Your comment is pointless.

  • If there was an M on the box, the same amount of kids will still be playing it that are playing games like Halo, CoD, BF, CS:GO, Medal of Honor, Rainbow Six, etc. The only thing that is pointless is pretending that the game will suddenly be fixed by putting that M there. Say only 10% of the Destiny community was kids, there's according to Bungie 30 million registered accounts. Say making it M reduced that by 10% again, that's still 2.7 million people that fall under the "17+" M rating playing it.

Nobody is saying the game will be fixed if there was less kids that played. I honestly don't have a problem with kids playing the game. I was only stating facts. If the game had an M rating, there would be less kids playing it. That is a fact. Your argument is still pointless.

  • The original comment actually said it would be better, therefore your entire comment chain is irrelevant and off topic to the discussion.

  • No it isn't. You're just trying to make yourself feel better. I was supporting the original commenters point about how having an M rating would mean less kids (by "no kids," I'm sure he or she meant less kids). I did not agree with the part about the game being better with no kids. But I'm glad you know your earlier comments were pointless.

  • So how would it get bumped to M? Add in unnecessary language and gore? Some of us adults have small children we don't want hearing/seeing those things, and adding them would make it harder to play while they are around. As the other guy said, it wouldn't matter. Tons of kids play call of duty. Most people allowing their kids to play violent video games don't pay attention to the rating, and since the adults buy the game for the kids anyway, it would make little difference.

Oh I don't have a problem with kids playing the game, I just like to play the Devil's Advocate. But a difference is a difference, doesn't matter how small.
