Just a curious thought. She implies she comes again and again. Meaning is she always coming back to correct things to change the future? Like its inevitable? Or??

I think it's less that it's inevitable. More that, until this cycle, each change alters the future, but doesn't do ENOUGH. So, maybe she keeps some event from happening, but the Vanguard doesn't hit the Black Garden's heart. Then they do, but they fail. Then they don't ally with the Reef. Etc.
