its a step away from democracy.
i think only guardians can join a faction.still many minds behind something...
but with a single ruler its just close to a dictature. the goals sound maybe good ... the reality is something else.
everthing in that direction is simply bad.
the whole is more than the sum of its parts

I think new monarchy would set up a constitutional type of monarchy, also not all single leader governments are dictators. And on top of that if a person got to close I'm sure any of the factions/ God slaying heroes^ could stop them
