The Xbox One Stereo Headset. It works great with the snapping menu setting tab (you can change the ratio between game and party, feedback, and overall volume). It is a lot cheaper than other mics of its quality. The sound is absolutely perfect. This is the headset to get.

Does it pick up breathing like the standard Xbox One headset does? That always irritated me.

Even the best headsets pick up [i]everything[/i]. The best thing to do is ask someone else if they can hear you breathing and then adjust your mic accordingly.
