So what i took from the interview is the Bungie creation process works like this.
Exec "That looks awesome, but can you add more wolves?"
Art team "Ok, i added more wolves!"
Exec "no no, more wolves!"
Art team "um, ok ...."
Dev team "we got this"
Dev team "here's you're wolf launcher that shoots wolf pack rounds"
Exec "perfect!"
