Bring back weapon reforging. It levels the playing field in Pvp not to mention I'm tired of scrapping weapons I've been trying to get because the drop with garbage perks!!!

I can get behind that. I mean I've dismantled 7 treads upon stars that I've gotten due to bad rolls and sights.

Right. I'm trying to collect the year one weapons that they brought back, there hard enough to get as it is, and then to get a good roll, reforging would save a lot of frustration.
