It looks like the animation when you jump on top of the purple ball - only the ball isn't showing. But apparently it can glitch out on other peoples' screens- I recorded myself running on the purple ball, but in my buddy's recording as he watched sometimes the ball appeared on top of my head, sometimes would disappear into the ground (maybe what shows in your video).
