I used it in crucible yesterday. It still did great especially if you're landing your headshots.

Yeah, it's a mathematically soft nerf but should be enough to give the hawkmoons and 3 shot pulses a chance At mid/long range anyway it should shift...short range I expect it to still chew through targets

And that's exactly how a bullet hoses should work. Devastating up close, but nothing dangerous as you move further from it.
