Now add in the counterbalance nerf. That will make some of those bullets not hit their intended target (or harder to stay on target) which will also increase TTK. With the damage nerf and counterbalance nerf, it's noticeable.
I don't really care if it was or wasn't nerfed. I have no say. I just play the game. This is just my two cents. I noticed a difference and I don't think it was placebo. Seemed to work fine on targets already damaged, but then again, having a teammate take out their shield for ya, it wouldn't matter what you were using.

There is also a much greater damage fall off at mid range. Unless you are in shotgun range it now takes about 25-30 rounds to dispatch an opponent at medium range.
