Potential idea, sunny gets cornered in a fight where he is pushed over the edge "mentally" causing him to unlock an ability unknown to sunsingers, Like Maybe radiated claws that allows him to throw 3 grenades at a time and his melee doesn't need to recharge... Kinda like how bubbles found a way to move with his ward of dawn.
