The Nepal items are locked to the Bungie account you redeemed them on and can't be transferred.
Also there is no email for Bungie support. You will not get an email back.

That is what I feared, thanks for the response, do you know of any way I can have both emblems at the same time?

What do you mean both emblems at the same time? Have the emblems in two accounts or somehow link your two Bungie accounts? If so, there is no way.
