It's definitely lost some utility.
In PvP, it should still be useful. I've only needed a second boost to turn corners.. u can still do this with the 1 boost.
Nerf is still a nerf. So it sucks ass IMO.

You also can't boost left from outta cover then boost forward to gain distance. But if you hit the corner right you can still do this by just turning your 1 evade.
