[b]Astrid appears near the palace, but decides to visit the temples to pay her respects to hers and Noiratrom's worshippers. She knew that often visitation inspired loyalty and increased worship.[/b]

Well, she didn't really have any worshippers, since Noiratrom was the god. She did have some importance, being a chaos lord and all, but they praised their overlord Noiratrom.

[spoiler]Whoops[/spoiler] [b]Astrid checks everything before heading to the palace, wanting to see her beloved.[/b]

The palace stood in it's usual place, mighty and proud.

[b]Astrid walks in and climbs up the stairs.[/b] "Noiratrom? I'm home!"

[i][u]"You don't need to yell... I can hear you fully."[/u][/i] He spoke to her mentally. [i][u]"I am in the Garden."[/u][/i]

"I keep forgetting about that." [b]She softly chuckles to herself and heads to the garden.[/b]

Noiratrom stood in his god form in the garden, observing the plants.

[b]Astrid grows to his height and hugs him from behind.[/b]

"Hello there." He turns around just before to hug her back.

"Aw, I failed on sneaking up on you.." [b]Astrid cutely says as she nuzzles his neck.[/b]

"Well, this is my realm after all..." He chuckles.

"Good point... How are you today?"

"I am a god... I have the most attractive woman in the warp as my wife... and I'm expecting my children. I could never have imagined being better." He smiles.

"And I have the best man in the warp as my husband and I'm pregnant with our offspring, so I feel the same way." [b]Astrid sighs happily.[/b]

He let out a short breath out of his nose, a little chortle, smiling. "I suppose you're right."

[b]Astrid kisses his cheek.[/b] "This is wonderful.... Nothing could go wrong..."

"Don't say that, or else you'll jinx it." He chuckles, poking her noze. "There still is much to do."

"Yeah, and we should get started on it soon."

[i]"Indeed. The war must go on... soon, I have to face off against Slaanesh. I made a promise to the Eldar..."[/i]

"Yes, and I'll aid you in that battle. I'm ready to defeat my former master..."

"No. You cannot join me. I need you to live. I cannot allow you to risk your life. You are too important."

"But my love! I can't let you go into that battle alone!"

"No!" He turns towards her. "You are too important. I cannot risk your life. You carry within you the seed of my-- no, [b]Our[/b] future. If you were to die, who could take your place?"

"I....I...... Fine, you win......" [b]Astrid sighs and backs down.[/b]

"No one but me can survive its assaults. While my followers keep its forces busy, I will challenge it one on one."
