Alright ima use an analogy here. Let's say I tell you I like fishing. Let's say you really like fishing, you have tons of different lures/rods/boats, so you ask what kind of rod I have. I say, oh idk, just a cheap starter rod, it gets the job done, and I don't really go that often. Would you straight up call me poor, tell me I need to buy all the best rods, and say I can't fish with you because I'm holding you back?

 • That's a terrible analogy. This is better: Let's say I have a new fishing rod I bought 2-3 years ago. It gets the job done, and if I need a new lure, I don't have a hard time finding anything for it. Now, you have an older rod. It also gets the job done, but it's 11 years old, and it's hard to find lures that work with the rod anymore. You paid the same price as mine, or more, for your rod when it came out, and once you run out of lure, it will be nearly impossible to find more for it. The moral of the story is that things get outdated whether you want them to or not. If you were okay with buying an Xbox 360 or PS3 years ago for $200-$300 without complaining, then fine, but if you're not okay with paying around the same amount for a PS4 or X1 now, then maybe your opinion on gaming has changed, and you should stop trying to move forward and stay in the past. If you don't care about moving forward with technology, then you shouldn't care about moving forward with any sort of gaming, because gaming is a form of technology that needs to progress. You probably think when Destiny originally released on PS3 that it should have released on the PS2.
rekt and muted
• Did you really mute me over an analogy? Man I have stated I'm going to upgrade. What is with you people.

 • That's a wrong analogy because in you analogy that rod hasn't done anything but Xbox 360 has caused destiny to have more limitations

 • Obviously they're not exactly the same man. That's the point of an analogy. Read my other posts I'm tired of explaining this over and over. The DLC has no effect on the current state of destiny other than adding a raid/story/strikes/armors/weapons. There's no reason they couldn't have given it to the old gens, and kept the next gen consoles for D2. They already released three DLCs for 360/ps3, why not just finish it and make the jump to next gen for the next destiny title release?
