Everyone gets a gally from a quest . if you preorder you will get early access to that quest and it will be different colored. Thats it . its pretty smart really . in y1 only people lucky enough to het a gally got one . but now everyone can have one. There is no excuse

Exactly. And it's not like pre ordering is all that expensive. Best buy is $1 more and target is $5 more.
