Exactly right. Plus standard PS4 is gonna go down in price when PS4K comes out this year for the VR headset and for 4K TVs. The fps for that will be 60fps compatibility.

I doubt I will get a PSNeo since I just upgraded my hardrive to a 2 terabyte. Only one game crash so far. If the upgrade I deem as worth it then I'll just replace the Neo hard drive with my current one on Day 1.

If they change the way you can upgrade your hard drive for ps4neo then that would suck.
