The ship and emblem should be available at the kiosks. The ghost is buyable from the speaker I believe. Make sure you have the content installed if you've uninstalled the game previously.

Actually I don't even remember if it was a separate downloaded content. Either way, it is no longer at the post master. But should still be accessible.

Kiosks are blue signs with corresponding pictures and descriptions. They are accessible just like vendors and all items that you've had previously should be there along with previews of what you do not have.

Yeah. The tower has changed a lot. Look for the ship kiosk next to the ship vendor. Scroll through until you find the Valkyrie. Emblem kiosk is by the emblem vendor. And again in pretty sure the speaker sells the red collectors ghost. The way we get them has actually changed twice I believe.
