Hello JumpingJelloBean,
The kiosk is currently bugged and the Year Two Thunderlord doesn't show. Bungie is aware of the issue and they are investigating.

Actively investigating hints that someone is actually working on it. It's been months now. Let something break in Crucible or Iron Banner, and their on it in seconds. But this....not important.
