Bungie doesn't reveal the active player population of Destiny. However, they do drop nuggets of information, and in [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/News/Article/44789/7_This-Week-At-Bungie---06022016]This Week at Bungie[/url], they revealed the following stat from the last Iron Banner: [quote]Total hours locked in battle: 6,556,390[/quote] To find the Iron Banner population, all we have to do is estimate the average hours played. I usually play about 14 hours of Iron Banner in any given Iron Banner week. (Last week I didn't play any Destiny, so I guess I'm an inactive player now.) [i]If [/i]Iron Banner playtime is average, then less than 500,000 players enjoyed the last Iron Banner last week.
