Criticisms are needed to help one improve, unless it's people being straight up assholes, I would accept any piece of advice I can. I'm not a fan of sugar coating something with "Good job, that was very very professional" when it obviously wasn't. I think the notes were pretty good myself, but he does need more air, but as a recent edit was made, he has asthma and that doesn't usually go well next to a brass instrument, or really any instrument at all.

Criticism is one thing. I went through art school. That was nothing but criticism. I definitely understand the importance. But, some people are just being dicks.
