Most are bad. If you download the worldstar app you'll see how 80% is some rapper and his music video looking like a fool. Sure there are good underground rappers, but most are terrible.

Well sure, but a lot of the best rappers are "underground" too. Any music genre is gonna have a lot of crappy non-mainstream artists in it.
