- An interlude for RoB and other realms, loosely tied to Warhammer 40k and several other themes.
Hurtling through the aether, between the currents of space and time, soars a mighty vessel of steel and flesh, a starship of vast size and unimaginable power - The Bloodwrath. This is an ancient ship of legends, with a lengthy history that has appeared throughout time over tens of thousands of centuries. It has sailed through the warp, a gateway between stars and galaxies that does not abide by the laws of physics, and is inhabited by entities of unspeakable horror including gods of madness and chaos. The inhabitants of the ship are champions from many realms. With no memory of their arrival, they are bound together for a common cause - a cause that not even they can fathom. These are the stories of these exiles.

- The Bloodwrath will now be your home, but tread lightly, for this starship has a taste for blood, and a hunger for the souls of men to fuel it's fires of war. Consider this a warning, venturing into quarantined and off limits areas could lead to an unpleasant demise. The things that dwell in the dark are beyond you, and more insidious than you could imagine.

- Your memories are blank as to your arrival, but there seems to be hope. Many are reporting visions brought on by depictions of an hourglass... Perhaps searching for banners, relics, books, or other items related to the hourglass could unlock the mystery of your arrival.
The Rivers of Blood continue to flow.

Edited by General Percival: 5/25/2016 5:38:32 AMFive of them were left. Gideon, Thomas, McGregor, Briggs, and Douglas. The others had fallen to tyranids. It'd started in an abandoned food processor, the soldiers of kilo 2 had happened upon it and instead of taking what they needed and leaving they had stopped to rest. In any other situation, they would have been alright, but the tyranids are drawn to biomass, and food in sufficient quantities draws them like moths to the flame. It had taken Miller and tanaka first, the swarm of rippers. They barely had time to grab their weapons before the skittering creatures had started to eat through their exosuits. Perez went next, dying to hormagaunt. Ramirez had sacrificed himself so that the others could get away, a trio of grenades and what was left of his share of the C4 destroyed everything in the room. Now they were currently inside a depot or armory. There were many weapons they didn't recognize and a few that they did, each picking up ammo or weapons as they saw fit. McGregor walked over to a kalash that was way ahead of anything in his timeline, he shouldered it and reloaded it. He explored the weapon with a certain familiarity, and one of his teammates noticed. Thomas had had her suspicions of McGregor from the beginning. The man didn't talk much, and when he did, he phrased things differently. She'd never seen him out of uniform, or after duty hours, when the team went out for drinks, he'd not come. She'd mention it to Gideon but the Brit had told her let it be. Yuri Tarkov, noticed his comrade staring at him. He knew she was suspicious of him, but he supposed it was not of any consequence, he would keep his cover of McGregor for as long as he could. He slung the AK and picked up a side arm, and a bison PDW. He restocked his explosives, as did everyone else. Briggs motioned for them to move out. "Come on, those things are probably out there." The group left the armory and headed towards the aft of the ship. They took darkened corridors due to necessity, hoping to put distance between them and the tyranids. It almost worked too, they almost got away, unfortunately for them an exceptionally large one still tracked them, and it set an ambush. Douglas had point and he was the first one into the crossroad. As a consequence he was killed when the beast speared him with its large blade like appendages. Gideon and McGregor opened fire and began to back up, McGregor activating his energy shield and preparing his c4 for a very stupid idea. Luckily for him the appearance of three figures negated this. They were men in black and white armor. One was large, physically imposing but the others were simply massive. They attacked the beast one with a glowing warhammer and the other with a shield. The smaller one had a large rifle and fired. They helped drive off the beast. When the dust settled,'of the three the smaller one was the only black Templar left. "My name is Oscar Pretoria, knight aspirant of the black Templar chapter, if you wish to live come with me."
