Last weekend, I did Elder Challenge, and got my 6th Scout Rifle with The 30,000 point reward. This was upsetting, but I knew I had a rank up package inbound. I open it and see a small dose of Reputation in the corner of my screen, and the Soulstealer's Claw pop into my inventory. I knew a little about this auto from forum buzz and being slain by it multiple times. Mine dropped with Rangefinder, Perfect Balance, and Single Point Sling.
