The voice has already disappeared. He was alone now, in the stench and the rust.

He sighs. He needed to keep moving. Facing forwards he continues to move through the stench, watching his surroundings.

The clanking of metal on metal could be heard. Footsteps. Heavy footsteps.

He stops moving. Deathly quiet he listens.

The footsteps continued. There were dozens of them. The stench was particularly worse. The air was thick with it. It almost made him want to hurl.

These entities were causing the stench. He gagged. "Jesus..." He says as quietly as possible.
