Can't get dreadfang

I downloaded my collectors edition Destiny again and I did petra first quest to get velumbra and got it but the next quest didn't show up at all and nothing on the moon. why is this I can't get the sword.

I've looked at your quests and you still have yet to complete the Taken King questline. Complete those first, since the Dreadfang quest comes after.
