Got Flawless Osiris and did not get the Lighthouse Grimoire Card.. Is there a reason for that?

The card bugged when TTK came out, Bungie fixed it around December if I remenber correctly( Map was Rusted Lands), you need to go Flawless again for it to be unlocked.
